The DEAN Fellowship is an immersive leadership experience for high school students seeking hands-on professional development in a dynamic, fun summer camp environment. In a world where meaningful hands-on work experiences for teenagers are increasingly rare, DEAN’s Fellowship program offers something exceptional: the chance to develop real leadership skills while making a genuine impact on a vibrant community, all while building lasting friendships with others who share your drive and curiosity.

This program is all about bridging the gap between being a camper and joining our team of counselors by preparing our fellows to develop essential leadership, teamwork, and communication skills while gaining valuable experience working with children and adult professionals. 

Over the three-week intensive, under the guidance of DEAN's Fellow Advisor, fellows rotate through various camp departments, shadowing instructors, supporting operations, and solving real challenges as they arise.
