As they design and construct their metropolis, builders develop their curiosity as they solve engineering challenges and practice responsibility working safely with tools and materials.
Once their cardboard metropolis is complete, the real fun begins! Our Counselor in Training (CIT) Leadership Program at Haverford College is designed to teach 14–16-year-olds the flip side of our programming… teaching! Becoming a CIT is an excellent opportunity for former campers and future leaders to develop leadership skills, gain valuable resume experience, and enhance crafting techniques alongside our expert staff.
